Come out at anytime and give it a try! We just need to have a USA Rugby Waiver on file for each player. Please fill out completely, bring it to practice and give it to a coach.
Registration Fees – 2026
Registration fees include a Rugby ball, practice jersey and covers all costs associated with field rentals, ref fees and tournament fees.
- Under 8’s – $200
- Under 10’s – $250
- Under 12’s – $250
- Under 14’s – $270
Follow the steps below to register online:
- On your desktop/laptop go to the Rugby Explorer website (preferred method).
- On your mobile phone or tablet download the Rugby Xplorer app (published by Rugby Australia). This is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- As a parent or caregiver create a account for yourself (not for your player), or login if you already have an account.
- In the App click on the …More option at the bottom right and select Register at the next Menu.
- Select the Play Rugby, Find a Club option to register your children as players.
- On the next screen select Link a new person to register your children.
- At the next screen enter your child’s First and Last Name, Date of Birth and your contact number.
- If your child has registered for rugby before a matching player profile maybe presented in the next screen. Select the matching profile. If not select the option to create a new profile entering their full details.
- At the screen ‘Which club would like to register to’ enter Santa Rosa Youth Rugby in the search field and be sure to select the Youth Rugby option.
- At the Registration Type screen
- For the Role select ‘Player‘
- For the Registration Type select ‘Youth’
- For the Duration select ‘Season‘
- Follow the remaining screens to complete your registration.
